仕事内容
Duties
●Conduct daily property management (PM) works for in-house logistics properties
●Manage and monitor performances of tenant’s maintenance work and external PM companies
●Plan and check contracts with external PM and/or work done by BM companies
●Plan and execute repair, renovation (Capex), and maintenance based on budget programs
●Communicate with tenants by visiting sites periodically and establish good relationship with tenants
●Prepare monthly PM reports (Japanese (English summary only)) and invoices/payments, work requisition, purchase order
●Support asset management (AM) team by reporting properly at hands-on level
●Handle claims from tenants

必要スキル
<Qualifications and Education Requirements>
●3 years or more of working experiences as property/facility management
●Knowledge of tenant management, building maintenance and construction work is must
●Knowledge of technical related matters is plus
●Knowledge of real estate industry, logistics market is plus
●Basic business English Level reading & writing (listening and speaking - plus)
●Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT
●University/college graduate with degree
●Good communication & reporting skills is necessary
●Attention to details, deadline-oriented, confidentiality, time management, group-oriented, self-motivated-driven
<Preferred Skills>
●Certificate or license related to building or equipment
●Takken license
