【Job Description】
・Contact point for customers in after sales phase
・Management of claims and being responsible commercially and for measures taken(in a project management sense, reporting to Management)
・Acceptance of projects into the after sales phase (internal “Gate 5”) and take over responsibility for projects after hand over of the power plant to the customer
・Following the steps of action:
　1) Analysis of issue, assessment of damage potential, legal assessment, urgency, contact with customer
　2) develop a solution strategy
　3) drive progress, monitor time plan, budget, quality
　4) close the issue and communicate with customer
・Create and maintain a claim information system with formalized description, including deadlines
・Supplier notification process - also give feedback to other parts of the organization for internal improvement and provide data for supplier evaluation
・Cost estimation, budgeting and reporting to Controlling
・Coordinate all functions needed for solving after sales issues(Engineering, Legal, Site Management, Purchasing, Suppliers and external Experts) and organize replacements and logistics
・Commercial Management including invoicing and invoice approving
・Manage one team meber, technical expert

【Qualifications】

【Required experience】
・Minimum 5 years of working experience
・Preferred previous working experiences with solar plants
・One of the following: experience with construction management, operation and maintenance of technical plant or site, engineering or project management
・Technical qualification or experience
・Project management skills
・Ability for self-organization
