●Accountabilities
・Is a part of mainly NS projects as a sub-representative/ representative of DMPK function.
・Performs highly value-added DMPK and PK/PD interpretation of various modalities for project contribution.
・Executes DMPK platform research that boosts functional capability.
・Is actively involved in external opportunities to boost reputation of Our company.
・Reports to one’s supervisor and shares information with one’s colleagues about progress and issues in a timely manner
・Collaborates with all stakeholders to maximize productivity in the global organization.
・Creates open mind and proactive culture.

●Requirements
・Ph.D. in pharmacokinetics, drug metabolism, biomarker, drug delivery or related field
・Profound knowledge in one’s specific research area in DMPK and/or the related field
・Research experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
・Proactive mindset to effectively drive collaborative researches forward with internal and external partners with good communication and interpersonal skills
・Fundamental knowledge of drug discovery and development process.
・Good business skills and manners such as logical thinking / strategic planning/ self-management, etc.
・Addresses safety and health control / code of conduct / compliance
・Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other common electronic systems

●Language
・English: Good verbal and written communication skills in English to work productively in a research team
・Japanese: Daily communication skills (preferred)
