Manage the scope of the regional Project: control project activities and monitor progress accordingly to the Planning; evaluate, challenge and escalate scope Change Requests to the Arbitration Committee

Guaranty the implementation of the project methodology and monitor the delivery of the right set of documentations and deliverables

Manage the Projects costs: control costs, propose re-estimation and report to the controlling functions

Ensure Risk Management, Quality Management, and communication to the Central Governance or locally to the customer

Lead and animate the project team involving all direct contributors (locally in region or in India) and transverse resources

Schedule, lead and minute weekly project committee and contribute to the weekly program committee; Report on a weekly basis the project progress

Ensure that all project activities are done according to the funded budget

【Required Skills and Experiences】
10+ years of Project management experience in IT
Experience in implementing MDM solution desirable
Should have worked collaboratively with distributed global teams
Knowledge/ experience in Agile development desirable
Japanese: Native / Fluent Level, English: Fluent Level
