Responsible of total department and running of the business in effective and strategy-oriented manner.
・ Align with Chief Strategy & Transformation officer to deliver the Strategies initiated by projects.
・ Manage all projects across the firm in teamwork, bringing results and effectiveness with transparency to deliver the future vision of the firm.

Hands on management to work as Program Manager.
・ Responsible for difficult and complex program and of company importance.

Drive company-level project governance on all projects.
・ Responsible for overarching and governing the performance of projects through Program Managers who are engaged on projects through Business Owners and Project Managers.

Participate and report in the committees lead by PPM department to control and run the project governance effectively.
・ Operational Steering Committee.
・ Business Transformation Steering Committee.
・ Management Committee.

Participate /organize project meetings to seek for possible and immediate changes or detect red flags.
・ Assigned project meetings and steering committee.
・ Business Owner/Stakeholder engagement periodical meetings.
・ Procurement meetings. Vendor meetings.

Develop analytical assessments.
・ Dashboard, reporting, presentation.
・ Liaise with Finance for project budget reconciliation.
・ Strategy and Transformation team to align with company direction.

Liaise and facilitate solutions with:
・ Business Owner and PMs.
・ All related departments, internal and external stakeholders.
・ Risk, Audit, Legal & Compliance, IT Security.
・ Our Holdings and Our Group where relevant.

Training ownership.
・ Train Program Managers and Project Managers assigned by business to be able to standardize required reporting materials.

Governance and control.
・ PPM Manual, governance, rules and regulation.

●Those who have the following technical skills & experiences
・ Minimum 10 years of work experience.
・ Mature individual to be able make decisions and lead the team towards fit for purpose to our company.
・ Proven experience as Program Manager, Project Manager or Consultant.
・ Understanding of project governance and running of projects.
・ Knowledge of general business operations and procedures.
・ Have excellent operating experiences on office system tools. (e.g. Microsoft and Windows tools)
Welcome experience
・ Experience in working for international firms.
・ Insurance industry experience.
・ Project management tools experience such as Microsoft projects, Visio, CAD, etc.

●Final Education: University/College
Welcome Degree: MBA,
※ Prince 2, PMP, MSP, CSM, Six Sigma Black Belt.
