外資系メディカルソリューション企業でのAccounts Receivable /Revenue Recognition Manager (Finance Manager)の求人

・Day-to-day management of Order to Cash functions (billing, cash application and collections).
・Review new contracts and set-up of revenue recognition schedules in accordance with US GAAP.
・Manage team to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
・Support Japanese consumption tax filing.
・Take ownership of month end close, including revenue deal reviews, preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
・Document processes and maintain O2C & rev rec internal control environment.
・Take ownership of certain key controls to ensure continuing SOX compliance
・Work closely with internal and external auditors ensuring requests and documentation are provided timely.
・Collaborate with cross functional teams including Sales organizations, Legal, etc. to resolve any issues that may arise.
・Analyze current processes to perform a gap analysis and identify opportunities to streamline processes with automated solutions.
・Other responsibilities include but are not limited to participate in special/ad hoc projects, system implementation and enhancements as needed.

【部門機能】
・Report to Finance Associate Director in charge of accounting & tax.
・Manage BPO vendors (total 5 headcounts - billing, cash application and collections).

・Minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in accounting environment is required. People management experience.
・Team player and comfortable working in fast-paced, growth environment.
・Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with internal and external customers and ability to explain complex issues to different audiences.
・Advanced Excel skills including lookups and pivot tables.
・Experience in SAP & Salesforce preferred.
・Working experience in the software/technology industry and dealing with revenue recognition technical guidance and related standards a plus
