This position will directly report to CEO at group motors company. and report with matrix to CFO function at Group management company.
・Plan, implement and review financial arrangements and manage financial related risks
・Implement various financial analysis deriving from business planning and operation
・Plan, implement, and review investment by the company
・Plan, lead, review and manage monthly and (semi) annual financial closing
・Plan, lead, review and manage financial reporting on JGAAP
・Address and challenge external audit and solve identified issues
・Lead tax planning, and address tax return / tax inspections
・Ensure and improve reporting and internal controls across the company
・Develop, improve internal controls such as corporate governance, enterprise risk management and compliance
・Improve financial operation and reporting processes including systems with efficiency
・Manage related staff and optimize performance as the organization
・Maintain and improve relationship with business partners including makers
・Other special assignments

Must:
・3 years or more experience related to CFO or similar roles
・Professional skill and experience for both management accounting and statutory financial reporting
・Experience at Retailing industries
・More than business level English
・People management experience over 10 staff
