【Role Purpose】
・The Geographic Sales Lead role requires working collaboratively with teams and sponsors ways to execute an effective sales initiative in the region. The role is responsible for achieving high quality sales outcomes that contribute to a profitable Region by creating and managing an effective sales team.
・Critically the RSL will be required to drive the principle of alignment across all parts of our company within and beyond CS to provide a single joined up approach to our clients and our markets of opportunity.
・S/he will play a key role in developing project proposals, managing the sales presentation process, coaching and developing Sales Representatives, and driving continuous improvement throughout the sales process.
・As an integral part of the management team, the RSL will foster the development and implementation of best-practices for sales management.

必要スキル

【Experience】
・BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred.
・Ten years of sales/ sales enablement experience with global high tech B2B organization.
・Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing executive management especially sales leadership.
・Direct experience of major international sales teams.
・Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.
・Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.
・Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.

【Skills】
・A passion for the profession of sales. Familiarity with the Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
・Leadership and change management. Strong people manager with the ability to build a new team, working with a diverse set of skills (strategic, technical, sales and regional marketing).
・Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions to generate win-win solutions.
・Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic are desirable.
・Desire for continuous improvement. Creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to innovate.
・Learning Agility to be able to develop expertise across our Products and service offerings across the Real Estate portfolio.
・Collaborative, goal oriented and able to solve problems/ meet goals in creative ways with limited resources. Able to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure.
・Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
・Demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability.

【Key responsibilities include】
・Lead the Geographic Sales Executive, comprising: CS Sales leadership, Country / Geographic Hub Leadership, our Markets leadership and Project Management leadership driving centricity around client development strategies and major pursuits
・Develop and deliver on a Sales Strategy for the specific region and / or market
・Lead and manage a collaborative relationship with the firm’s Markets Brokerage team as a key component of Sales growth across the firm. Lead successful interface with Markets Brokers for complete Sales alignment
・Lead Sales teams to offer of integrated solutions encompassing our suite of product offerings and services across the whole real estate life cycle demonstrating a sound level of knowledge of all product groups and leveraging SME’s within the firm for detailed offerings
・Lead and coordinate the Geographic Sales team across all segments of sales landscape including: Enterprise, Vertical and Scaling and partner with Transactional Sales teams/efforts.
・Deliver sales growth through a) prospecting in new market segments and clients b) expanding existing client relationships and scaling up relationships to platform level framework agreements
・Support the growth of our Project & Development Services business (PDS), and ensure alignment of sales organisations to work together to deliver common goals
・Develop and nurture a high performing Sales team and Enablement platform to support sales and drive year on year performance improvement
・Align Regional Team to be consistent with Global Sales platform objectives
・Deliver 100% CRM365 adoption
・Review and manage performance of Regional Sales team
・Drive revenue growth through new and existing sales channels and markets.
・Utilize our sales process and tools to drive profitable and desired growth. Including but not limited to: 7 step sales process, go/no-go process, Key Issues Analysis (KIA), and the CRM technology.
・Lead contract negotiations such that we maximize profitability and mitigate risk with full alignment to the CRB process and governance.
・Partner with Research and Business Line Leaders/Verticals to ensure depth of knowledge of each potential clients industry, business and company.
・Serve as a credible and active member of the specific Industry real estate community, participating in relevant organizations serving as a subject matter expert, board member, panelist, etc.
・Identify opportunities to demonstrate expertise and leadership within industry organization to further advance the recognition of us as a leader
・Depending on the assignment, extensive travel may be required.
・Complete all other assigned duties.
