仕事内容
In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic and executive communications initiatives for our senior business leaders. This includes developing strategic messaging for internal and external presentations, building communications strategies in support of major change initiatives, and providing editorial and writing support for significant internal business proposals.
This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work backwards from ambiguous requirements to generate clear, concise communications that enable our field organization to work more efficiently and effectively. The right candidate is extremely data-driven, thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure entrepreneurial environment, and has proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders. This role involves frequent engagement with our leadership and requires a candidate with executive presence, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others. This is a hands-on position - to be successful you must be willing to ""roll up your sleeves"" to drive the desired results.
●Responsibilities:
Develop executive communications that meet senior our leaders’ business objectives and drive overall business goals.
Write messaging and content for executive speaking, presentations, and other leadership communications that reach a wide variety of audiences.
Assist with writing and editing strategic business proposals for new business opportunities. Assimilate inputs from leaders across the business and write narratives that present complex ideas and issues in a clear and compelling way, using anecdotes and data to support ideas and recommendations.
Distill technical information, complex business processes, and change impacts into crisp, user-friendly communications that drive awareness and adoption of programs and initiatives.
Propose, execute, and scale new ways of creating and distributing communications that expands program awareness and adoption in Japan.

必要スキル
●Basic Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese
・Bachelor’s degree (Communications, Marketing, or a related field will be plus).
・10+ years’ executive or internal communications experience, preferably at a high-growth, technology company.
・Experience developing and implementing communication plans.
・Experience creating content: digital, written, video, or visual communications materials.
・Experience driving cultural change and influencing organizations through
communications, from audience and stakeholder analysis through implementation and success metrics tracking.
●Preferred Qualifications
・Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate a clear point of view on complicated issues in clear, concise communications.
・Proven ability to thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
・Proven ability to think strategically and implement ideas from ideation and development to measurement and evaluation.
・Demonstrated experience building trust and influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
・Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow time-frames.
・An agile, flexible individual with a “can-do,” problem-solving approach to managing ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
・A curious self-starter with a proven track record of diving into unknown territory and learning new concepts.
・Meets/exceeds our leadership principles requirements for this role
