必要スキル
+ Language: Japanese (ideally native level) and English (Fluent)
+ At least 1+ year relevant experience
+ Working experience with MS Office particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
+ Positive attitude and willingness to work diligently and entrepreneurially
+ Ownership and desire to produce quality and timely work
+ Analytically inclined, detail oriented and organized with focus on deliverables
+ Strong verbal and written skills, team player, ability to interact with colleagues
+ Ability to identify, focus and address critical issues
+ Willingness to build long term career in Asia real estate market
+ Based in Hong Kong and travel to Japan (and Asian countries in a long run)
