●ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

・Execute and drive team program/campaign delivery, execution, and adoption across multiple organizations and teams
・Collaborate with stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs
・Manage communication and feedback with internal and external key stakeholders, collect events/program feedback and business requirements, and also deliver progress in time
・Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner
・Build and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility
・Align and leverage internal teams and resources to implement strategic partnerships
・Own the business cadence and governance (weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews) for area of responsibility
・Coordinate annual planning and other adhoc planning cycles
・Own goals/performance reporting and data integrity (Salesforce, other Tools as needed)

●Basic Qualifications
・ 10+ years of business development, consulting, or sales/business program development experience in cloud, infrastructure or software industry in respective country/region
・ 10+ years relevant experience in technical, internet-related companies, project management or resource management
・ 10+ years of experience writing documents and narratives; experience presenting in executive level meetings
・ 5+ years of experience in working at global or multinational business, experience in commercial business in China is highly preferred.
・ Fluency in Japanese and English are required, Mandarin is added advantage.

●Preferred Qualifications
・ MBA is desired.
・ Experience dealing effectively with internal and external customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
・ Knowledge of Web services and cloud computing
・ Demonstrated ability to act with a sense of urgency, balanced with diplomacy
・ Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to navigate changing priorities and ambiguities
