仕事内容
●Client satisfaction
Working directly with the regional team, you’ll be the single point of contact providing leadership and coordination support to global & regional initiatives. Your job will entail outstanding client services, which you’ll achieve by monitoring and controlling all activities within the portfolio, including all building & critical facilities operations, project/events management, engineering, risk mitigation, financial targets and team performance.
●Due diligence
Ensuring excellence in service delivery, adherence to legal bindings, health and safety norms, compliance of all standard processes and code of ethics of JLL as well as that of the client, will take most of your time. Helped by the Regional Account Director, you’ll prepare business strategies focusing on the integrity of data, onboarding of new team members, timely delivery of services, budget monitoring, proper functioning of a preventive maintenance plan, and compliance of crisis management and emergency procedures.
●Overall supervision
Financial monitoring will be one of your core duties, be it ensuring proper client billings or timely payment of supply chains. Besides, you’ll overview all other aspects of the portfolio. This will include client feedback, customer satisfaction survey, saving targets, risk management policies, emergency call-out procedures, and the implementation of best practices. The end objective will be to achieve and go beyond the contract agreement.

Although a degree in any related field is preferred, ability to manage teams, knowledge of the latest technology, and analytical skills are some of the non-negotiables. Do you consider yourself a tough taskmaster with high targets for self as well Because we need someone who’s always aiming for perfection.
