外資系運用会社でのProduct manager/Client service specialist/DIM managerの求人

This position requires highly skilled multi-talented (around investment/product/client service) person who is motivated to grow business and organization by joining a small team and willing to participate in many different aspects of business as listed below.

・Product promotion support Introduction of our products to the Japan sales team and assist their promotions to Japanese investors/distributors, contact person for global investment teams, could make client visits for product presentation
・Marketing material creation Japanese product pitch and sales material creation & support, English sales material translation
・Product development Mandate (mainly Japan domiciled fund and separate account) launch project management, coordination with our global product and ops teams
・Reporting Quarterly review presentation and support, regular report creation & support
・Client service General inquiry handling, regular and ad-hoc information submission
・Team oversight/support Oversees and supports junior members (2 people)
・RFP FRP creation and support for public pension fund public tender, regular update and new creation of RFP for fund consultants, investors, distributors and business partners
・DIM account investment management client portfolio (invested into our fund) management and monitoring, fund analysis, coordination for investment committee
・Others Other product/CS/investment related works

・Profound knowledge about investment management, asset management products and market
・High level native Japanese composition/translation skill
・Business level English communication skill
・Team worker
