仕事内容
●Role Purpose:
To deliver exceptional client service to institutional and high-net-worth clients by managing daily
account operations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring high-quality communication and
reporting. The role supports overall client retention and business growth within the asset
management business.
●Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact point for client inquiries, including reporting requests,
subscriptions/redemptions, contact updates, and specific questions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests.
Proactively identify client needs, provide feedback to Japan Investor Relations Coverage
Officer, and propose service or process improvements.
Support the preparation and delivery of marketing materials, performance summaries, and
RFP responses when required.
Help schedule and prepare client meetings, take meeting minutes, and follow up on agreed
action items.
Help maintain and update client data and activity logs in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Support clients’ subscription process, ensuring smooth documentation, KYC/AML
compliance, and operational readiness.
Ensure full compliance with internal policies, operational controls, and regulatory
requirements (AML/KYC, reporting standards, etc.).

必要スキル
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration
(or related fields).
3 5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in asset management,
investment operations, RfP/marketing, or client servicing.
Experience in supporting institutional or High Net Worth clients is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability to manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets, and asset management
operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (e.g.,
Salesforce).
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to process improvements.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and in cross-functional teams.
Business-level English and Japanese communication skills (for international asset
managers).
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, CMA, or equivalent.
Experience supporting global client accounts or multi-currency portfolios
