当社のグローバルビジネス部門において、クライアントのブランドサイトや商品サイト、ECサイト、アプリについて最適なUI/UXをプランニングし、提案、設計します。
クライアントは日本へのマーケット展開を行う外資企業またはグローバルマーケット進出を行う日系企業となります。

＜具体的には＞
- ブランドサイト／商品サイト／ECサイト／アプリのUI設計（レイアウト、タイポグラフィ、カラー、アイコン、ビジュアル全般）
- UX要件・ワイヤフレームに基づく高解像度のUIデザイン、プロトタイピング、モーション／インタラクション設計
- コンポーネント設計、デザインシステム／ガイドラインの構築と運用、制作・開発チームとの連携
- レスポンシブ対応、アクセシビリティ（例：WCAG）への配慮、グローバル展開におけるビジュアル一貫性の担保
- 開発プロセスにおける中間レビュー（ビジュアル・インタラクション）の実施、最終デザインQA、アセット引き渡し
- A/Bテスト等の検証に耐えるUIバリエーション設計と継続的な改善

対象クライアント／案件の特徴:
- 日本市場へ展開する外資系企業、またはグローバル市場へ進出する日系企業のデジタルプロダクト
- ブランディングとビジネス目標を両立したUIの実装・運用

成果物／責任範囲：
- ハイフィデリティデザイン、デザインコンポーネント、デザインシステム、プロトタイプ、アセット一式、デザインQAレポート

Responsibilities:
- Design UI for brand sites, product sites, e-commerce sites, and apps (layout, typography, color, iconography, overall visual design)
- Create high-fidelity UI based on UX requirements and wireframes; build prototypes and define motion/interaction
- Design components; build and maintain design systems/guidelines; collaborate closely with production and engineering teams
- Ensure responsive behavior and accessibility (e.g., WCAG), and maintain visual consistency across global rollouts
- Conduct mid-stage reviews during development (visuals and interactions), perform final design QA, and manage asset handoff
- Design UI variations for A/B testing and drive ongoing iteration and improvement

Clients/Project Profile:
- Digital products for multinational companies entering the Japanese market and Japanese companies expanding globally
- UI implementation and operations that balance brand integrity with business goals

Deliverables/Scope of Ownership:
- High-fidelity designs, design components, design system, prototypes, complete asset packages, and design QA reports

【必須スキル】
- ビジネスレベルの英語力および日本語力 (N2)
- 多文化、多言語環境、クロスファンクショナルな組織での業務経験。
- Web／アプリにおけるUIデザインの実務経験（レイアウト、タイポグラフィ、カラーリング、コンポーネント設計、インタラクション）
- UI設計に必要なデザインツールの高度なスキル（Figma／Adobe XD 等）とプロトタイピング・アセット書き出しの実務
- デザイナーとしての実務経験10年以上（または同等のUI／プロダクトデザイン経験）
- ポートフォリオのご提出をお願いします。

Required Qualifications:
- Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Experience working in multicultural, multilingual, cross-functional teams
- Hands-on UI design experience for web and mobile apps (layout, typography, color, component design, interaction design)
- Advanced proficiency with UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD), including prototyping and asset export/handoff
- 10+ years of professional experience as a designer (or equivalent experience in UI/product design)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Broad industry knowledge and hands-on experience across a range of sectors
- UX experience is a plus (e.g., requirements definition, information architecture, creating user stories and wireframes)
