当部の使命は、当社グループにおけるデータ管理フレームワークの構築、維持、及び運営状況のモニタリングを統括、またデータ戦略を立案・推進し、データ戦略を通じてビジネス・プラットフォームの再構築という重要施策を支援することです。当社にとって、収益拡大及びコスト削減は今現在最も優先すべき課題であり、その実現のためのビジネス・プラットフォームの再構築を迅速に進めなければなりません。従来の延長線上にはない施策に全社的に取り組むことが急務であり、データの観点からそれらの重要施策を支援することが我々のデータ戦略の目的です。

Our mission is to establish, maintain and oversee governance and management of data in our Group through the Data Management Framework and to plan and promote our Data Strategy. Data Strategy supports the rebuilding of our business platform. Revenue increase and cost efficiency are the most critical mandates at the moment and we must work to swiftly rebuild our business platform. We need to implement innovative initiatives and we believe we can and must support these initiatives from a data perspective.

【担当業務 / Responsibilities】
●データ戦略遂行に関する、各種プロジェクト管理
・各種データ戦略関連プロジェクトの管理業務（プランニング、進捗確認、報告、資料作成等）
・データ戦略に関する、部内外の会議体の為の資料作成
・上記事項の達成に必要な社内ステークホルダーとの連携及び協業

●Project Management related to Data Strategy
・Management of various Data Strategy-related projects (Planning, Progress check, Reporting, Creating documents etc.)
・Preparation of materials for internal and external conferences on Data Strategy
・Cooperation and collaboration with stakeholders necessary to achieve the above items

【必須条件 / Mandatory】
・プロジェクト・マネジメント業務、またはコンサルタント業務の経験
・問題提起能力があり、高いコミュニケーション能力を有しセルフスターターであること
・日本語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
・英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力

・Proven PMO / consultancy experience
・Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to raise questions
・Business Level of Japanese and English communication skills
