仕事内容
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparations for new fund launch / fund closure and maintenance of broker/custody accounts
Establishment or improvement of ITM processes / Preparation for regulation change
Handling QI related tasks
Relationship with trust banks, brokers, distributers, auditors and other external parties
Preparation of trade and non-trade instructions (including decision of accounting method)
Valuation of holdings and verification of NAV prices / Cash management
Preparation of documents required legally
Fund audit - preparation of accounting reports/data, response to auditor’s queries
ITM trouble shooting and monitoring of NAV agent activities
Support Operations project
Reporting - support to gather and bridge information to vender

必要スキル
●ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
10yr.+ experience in ITM operations
●ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES (TECHNICAL / BEHAVIOURAL / LEADERSHIP)
Good knowledge of financial products/schimes and ITM rules/operational processes
Knowledge of T-STAR/TX, GX-light and Bloomberg
Good communication skills both in Japanese and English
Team player, proactive thinking
10yr.+ experience in ITM operations
