|仕事内容||We provide a highly reliable, scalable, low-cost infrastructure platform in the cloud that powers hundreds of thousands of businesses in 190 countries around the world. With business growth in Japan, we will hire talented person. Addition to that, it is critical to the business at our company that we continue to provide efficient training program for them with the team which has innate technology rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build a learning curriculum that will scale to globally.
Field Enablement team has fully responsibility for raising field’s productivity mainly sales team through the program which is designed, organized, and delivered by the team. As a member of the Field Enablement Team you will work with internal stakeholders mainly sales teams. This role will require planning, scheduling, administrative oversight, report generation, data management, sales training delivery etc. Moreover, as a global team member, you should work closely to develop the new program with global stakeholders.
Analyze sales processes and sales motions and identify the critical needs of sales teams
Provide enablement programs for the initial on-boarding of new reps through to continuous “ever-boarding” of reps
Provide sales trainings as an instructor
Working closely with the broader Field Enablement team to integrate existing training programs into the learning paths for all field based roles
Working closely with the Field Enablement Lead, manage all development project milestones and create the required communication plans.
・Fluent Japanese, Business English communication skills
・5+ years of experience developing and managing sales training programs, course, content and instructional design with a software technology company.
・Hands on technical skills with a strong understanding of large scale computing solutions
・Strong instructional design, writing, and oral communication skill
・Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
・Experience in managing content design through delivery and working with other key members of the team and company to leverage knowledge and relevant project content.
・Extremely comfortable working in a fast paced environment
・5-10 years of B2B Field Sales Experience managing accounts and carrying a sales quota
・Experience working on global projects and implementing local site training programs as a project leader
