For Global ITSM Transition Project:
- Establish good coordination and communication with customer, onsite and offshore teams
- Understand the requirements and suggest design/solution approach accordingly
- Work along with Business and Technical Architects in order to help the teams in fine tuning the project deliverables
- Conduct meeting with customer for requirements gathering, document reviews, status updates and communicating issues
- Work with offshore/onsite Agile delivery teams and provide technical/functional guidance as required
- Work closely with customer IT teams and Business functional teams

[Must-Have]
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese languages
- Must have 5 to 10 years of IT experience with strong exposure to Application Development and Enhancements
- Strong General Insurance knowledge with good hands on experience in various Insurance processes (Policy Administration, Claims, Finance, Distribution, etc.)
- Ability to comprehend and communicate business needs in the form of business requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with different teams like Business change managers, Development and Testing teams
- Ability to coordinate with customer stakeholders, manage timelines and escalation & provide timely status
- Ability to comprehend and communicate impact of upstream and downstream integrations

[Good-to-Have]
- Good analytical, debugging skills and basics of GitHub
- Exposure to ITIL framework and Agile processes
- Experience in PowerBuilder/ Visual Basic/ Java/ .Net/ PEGA/ Mainframe technologies
- Should be more flexible in adapting oneself to project and able to meet the deliverables
- Should be able to work with the location independent Agile teams and provide inputs to sprint planning and backlogs
