仕事内容

As a key member of the Asia Pacific Fund Management team, this individual will be actively involved with the development and implementation of the AP Fund Strategy. The initial focus will include the following:
●Build fund / asset cash flow models
●Develop fund analytics framework
●Work together with various stakeholders on fund strategy and structure, offering process, etc
●Assist in drafting of investment memorandums for both internal and external presentations
●Support fund, asset, investment management team on ad hoc projects as needed
●Liaise with global fund management team as needed

必要スキル

●BA/BS in real estate, finance, or equivalent
●Minimum 1 - 2 years of real estate cash flow modeling experience
●Minimum 3 - 5 years of fund management, real estate and/or finance experience
●Strong quantitative / financial analysis skills
