The Underwriting Team within the Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities group is responsible for the underwriting and due diligence of real estate collaterals for the non-recourse loans we provide. Daily work for the group involves the valuation of real assets and real estate portfolios, pricing loans, and negotiating with ratings agencies on assessed assets. The team is looking to significantly expand its underwriting capabilities by hiring real estate consultants to support business growth.

●不動産業務経験（鑑定、AM、PM、賃貸、売買等）要
●英語力不問
※Real estate valuation experience using Excel, previous real estate underwriting experience.
Language: Native level Japanese in Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
