We are a team of 15 professionals focused on advising, structuring and executing leveraged buyouts (LBO), high yield corporate financings (ranging from senior to sub financings), and related transaction services. We originate deal ideas, conduct fundamental financial and credit analysis, and create and deliver transaction proposals to financial sponsors and corporations. Part of Principal Transactions Division Group, we work very closely with other principal businesses of the bank, which provides us with unique access to a wide range of domestic and international opportunities.

1-2 years of experience in a financial firm, investment banking experience a plus．
Successful candidate should be a self-starter with strong analytical skills and an aggressive business mindset．
