●Job Responsibilities
A manager position for an individual capable of organizing and coordinating various operational functions as representative of the middle office for ABI’s asset backed investment business.
Under the direction of GM, the candidate will be responsible for disciplines including budgeting, regulatory reporting, audit and accounting reporting, portfolio monitoring and compliance.
The candidate will be required to work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders within the bank to resolve inter-group conflicts and find mutual opportunities.
A high level of team work and communication to lead the initiatives will be expected.

●Performance Objectives
・Immediately represent ABI for reporting, monitoring and compliance operations
・Quickly understand responsibilities and establish rapport with related groups within 1 month
・Get full control of the regulatory reporting and self assessment process for investment assets within 3 months
・Ensure the group’s P&L are reported accurately within 3 months
・Establish monitoring procedure and develop full fledged portfolio monitoring report within 6 months

●A minimum of 3 years of work experience
●Native Japanese, English documentation required
