●He/she will be responsible for consistency of operation across Asia Pacific by leveraging the global network of Operations in Europe and North America. He/she will support Asia Pacific business growth from Operation point of view by partnering with relevant functions such as AM, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, IT and HR, and drive towards a common business goal cross-functionally.

●He/she will concurrently assume the role of AP Data Controllership Leader. She will be responsible for data consistency across systems, lead HQ/regulatory data reporting by connecting relevant functions such as Risk, AM and Finance. He/she will work with Global Data Controllership Leader in Norwalk, US.

●Manage a team of two Black Belts in Core Business Operations Team. As a manager, he/she is responsible for building the core business operations strategy, execution plan, talent development plan, and management of staff performance and evaluation.

●BA or BS in technical or business discipline
●テクニカルまたはビジネス専攻のＢＡおよびＢＳ
●5-10 years experience and proven ability in business and project management
5年から10年の経験と実績あるビジネス、プロジェクトマネージメント能力
●Strong data quantitative analytical skills
●優れた数値化、分析能力
●Proven command of DMAIC, LEAN, DFSS and Minitab.
