This individual will be responsible for the compliance infrastructure and regulatory compliance of the Japan P&L.
●In conjunction with President, Board members, function leaders and employees, sustains and enhances compliance with laws, regulations and guidelines applicable to company

●Implements, develops and monitors infrastructures, processes and policies to comply with regulatory requirements for the Second Kind Financial Instruments Business (第二種金融商品取引業) and Investment Advisory Business (投資助言業) pursuant to, including but not limited to the Japan Financial Services Agency’s (""FSA"" - 金融庁) Draft Inspection Guideline for Financial Instruments Dealers (金融商品取引業者等向けの監督指針（案）)
●Sets annual compliance priorities, goals, and operating rhythms for Compliance Review Board Meetings
●Be the main contact person in case of audits by government authorities
●Conducts internal compliance investigations

●Business-fluent English
●Regulatory compliance experience
●Experience with handling FSA audits
●Basic knowledge of the real estate and finance industry
