● developing marketing strategies and action plans and its subsidiary and affiliate companies

building a “virtual team” spirit, structure and working relationships among executives and staff /subsidiaries/affiliates in marketing matters, (3) strengthening business planning capability /subsidiaries/affiliates by providing problem-solving, project management, and communication resources, and (4) driving execution of strategic actions to achieve goals
