・Japan will provide leadership over a team of highly skilled legal professionals. High level managerial control for all legal and compliance matters
・Business solutions approach working closely as a strategic partner with the business groups to deliver a team contribution offering legal, policy, compliance and analytical market perspective to maximize value and manage legal risk.
・Institute and monitor compliance and an effective early-warning system on compliance as a part of external focus (including public policy).
・
・Advise on issues resolution in connection with potential partners, portfolio analysis, acquisition, sale or securitization.
・Work closely with and leverage expertisｅ　ｏｆ　ｃｏｍｐａｎｙ　more than 1200 in-house attorneys, and select and manage law firms on business related matters.
・Construct project management plans for increased levels of productivity utilizing digitization, technological and restructuring and acquisition initiatives in a rapidly growing business platform

・15+ years corporate and/or law firm experience in financial services sector
・Japanese Bengoshi qualification
・LL.B, BA/BS or equivalent
