Management Consulting reports directly to Senior Managements in Companies Japan and Korea, and provides management consulting services exclusively to member companies. Management Consulting is based in Tokyo. Projects are sourced in East Asia, and typically engaged by executive management, and include:
・Strategic Planning,
・Project Management,
・Business Process Reengineering,
・M&A Due Diligence and Post-AcquisitionIntegration,
・Organizational Change Management,
・Global Sourcing / Procurement.
Consultants are expected to contribute immediately in all　phases of an engagement, including initial client meetings, project management, project delivery, and implementation. Clients are located in East Asia – mainly Japan and Korea, and approximately 10-20% travel should be anticipated. Joint projects with our sister organizations in New York and Hong Kong are anticipated, thus the consulting work might be expanded globally.

●Fluent in English and Japanese,
●A minimum of 7 years of corporate experience (at least 2 of which are post-MBA),
●Previously functioned in a lead capacity on project-based work,
●Recent experience with project-type work,
