As a key member of the Asia Pacific Investment Management team, the Finance manager will be responsible for development and implementation of the fund finance operations platform in support of the Asia Pacific investment management strategy. The initial focus will include the following:
●Develop financial business plan and budgets
●Develop standard fund accounting process (funding/cash calls, currency hedging, distributions, SPC set-up, etc)
●Lead tax / accounting structuring discussion for optimal investment vehicles
●Develop standard fund financial statements and property performance reports
●Develop on-going fund operations budget and administration requirements

●BA/BS in finance, real estate, or equivalent
●Minimum 6-10 yrs of finance, fund operations, and/or asset management experience
●Strong project management leadership skills or acquisition integration experience required
