●Assist and support in structuring, underwriting and closing, lead arrange, sub-underwrite, and participation cashflow based debt transactions (primarily leveraged finance and corporate lending) across Asia.
●Working alongside senior team members specific duties would include: participating in sales calls; identifying key risks and mitigants; conducting thorough industry research and concise business analysis of companies; preparing credit requests; managing the internal approval process; negotiating documents; and closing transactions. As part of the process, attend investment committee meetings, and work closely with the head of the underwriting team and Chief Risk Officer to determine deal viability.
●Assist and support in the monitoring and reporting on assigned accounts and providing advice and recommendations on portfolio management, including compliance with established risk standards, account management logistics, customer retention and identification of opportunities for cross sales.

●A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or Business with 3-4 years of relevant experience or accounting of financial services experience.
