仕事内容

【PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES】
1) Ensure accurate and timely quarterly close and meet all financial reporting(e.g. SI) deadlines.
2) Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions.
3) Prepare accounting documents such as journal voucher and prepare T/B Review
4) Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
5) Other duties as assigned.

【ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES】
Support implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures taken over from Home Office
Support to resolve accounting descrepancy, develop and maintain financial databases and Analyze account trends and variances between periods for reasonableness of accounts.

必要スキル

【Experience】
At least 5 years of business experience in global institution with a minimum of 3 years experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial data analysis and/or auditing.
Industry experience is a plus. (Insurance/Financial institution)

6) MS-Excel & MS-Access skill

【Qualifications】
1) Accounting degree or equivalent
2) Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles
3) Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
4) CPA, USCPA preferrable.

【Language】
Business level English is a must

【Personality】
Positive, outgoing and energetic personality.
Good team player.
Self-starter.
