仕事内容

●Carrying out financial modeling of acquisitions that are being considered by company.
●Collate and compile ongoing annual plan and re-forecast for the properties in the portfolio.
●Assist in analyzing performance at properties level as well as at portfolio level.
●Support Asset Managers with transaction structuring and portfolio analysis.
●Work with Singapore Head Office, Fund Manager and Finance Team on debt and equity raising exercises.

必要スキル

●Has degree in Real Estate, Finance, Investment or relevant discipline is preferable.
●Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
●Fluent in both Japanese and English.
●Analytical, resourceful,able to handle mass data and handy with Microsoft office tools.
●Has dood buisiness sense/acumen.
