仕事内容
A. Business Strategy and Management
-Contribute local perspective to strategic agenda developed by global and regional Product Managers
-Ensure local priorities are in-line with and support global and regional business plan
-Develop market, industry and competitor analysis; improve and regularize the market intelligence function within the country
-Develop and disseminate detailed product management segment strategies within country to assist in sales and marketing efforts; assist sales in targeting appropriate business opportunities and drive the overall business agenda
-Represent the business to internal and external constituents as the senior product representative within the country
-Institute and manage business processes that provide accurate and transparent information in support of business decisions
-Develop, implement and champion key activities required to drive forward business objectives (e.g. key deal reviews; strategic product programs; formation of Country Addendums and country-level business reviews)
B. Financial Performance and Pricing Policies
-Coordinate and oversee local P&L objectives and performance with Sales and Operations partners
-Provide detailed country analysis of P&L drivers and understand market, competitor and customer impacts to the P&L and its sustainability and growth
-Drive unit costing and pricing initiatives in-line with global policies and procedures
-Represent Product Management in all escalated pricing and costing decisions as per the global pricing policy; have veto power on non-standard price deviations or repricings in market
C. Sales and Marketing
-Build profile in the marketplace to support the Sales Agenda through the use of media, advertising, conferences and other direct marketing activities
-Work with sales to ensure a structured and analytical approach is used to review the business pipeline; link pipeline data to the forecasting process
-Ensure the development and maintenance of collateral that meets global product standards, aligns with segment strategies and is available for use by sales teams
-Support Sales in achieving its development of new business through client calling efforts and continuous product education
-Provide RFP and other Sales support to drive the sales agenda as required

必要スキル
-Direct experience in Securities Services’ related products for a minimum of 7 years OR
-Direct experience in Product Management or comparable function (e.g. Strategic Planning and Analysis) for a minimum of 5 years
-Must be able to work with people from and in different cultural settings
-Local language and English language proficiency required (reading and writing)
-Strong communication and presentation skills required
-Strong change management and influencing skills required
-Strong analytical skills required
-Recognized university degree required; advanced degree or certification in business or related discipline preferred
-Extensive regional travel required
