不動産ファンド（ＳＰＣ）及び運用会社（コーポレート）の財務会計及び予実管理等の管理会計業務
●Reviewing monthly financial statements prepared by accounting service providers
●Preparing monthly financial report for fund controllers
●Corresponding to audit for both statutory (J-GAAP) and fund (IFRS) financials purpose
●Preparing supporting schedules for fund controllers for annual financials
●Reviewing tax filing package prepared by accounting service providers
●Loan administration including preparing and signing off various reporting to lenders
●Being involved in structuring and finance process for new deals
●Determining amounts of funding and distributions from/to funds and controlling process of them
●Reviewing various annual statutory reports required for SPCs and prepared by accounting service providers
●Being involved in payment process for SPCs
●Being involved in ad-hoc projects led by regional HQ(Asia)
●Communicating with fund controllers (Asia)
●Corresponding to ad-hoc requests by investor relations team
●Corresponding to ad-hoc requests by fund manager/fund controller
●Being involved in annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process for SPCs

●5+ years solid accounting experience in real estate finance
●English communication a must
●Having good attention to details and accuracy
●Good team player
