外資系金融機関でのClient Service/ Corporate Actions Teamの求人

Responsible for providing excellent level of client services from perspective of Corporate Actions, Income, Proxy Voting, Class Actions, and Tax Reclaim generated on the non-Japanese securities. Act as an initial contact for all income/actions related inquiries arose by clients in Japan, and abroad. Also be involved with corporate action/income, etc. related projects in Tokyo. Report to the team leader, or in the case of Exempt employee, to Associates as the case may be.

・Research inquiries from clients regarding corporate actions (Important: corporate actions included here and below are, corporate event notifications and selections, any income, proxy voting, class actions, and tax reclaims) and corporate action related payments (both cash and securities) including dividends and interests, and other entitlements
Act as a client account manager communicating with institutional investors such as trust banks and asset management companies and handle corporate actions and income related inquiries to support their operations
Review inquiries regarding corporate actions and income payments
Investigate underlying transactions such as securities transactions and cash movements to confirm clients’ entitlements by coordinating with associated departments and offices in overseas and in Japan
Amend and correct client bookings by inquiring associated operations in the US.

【Qualifications】
・Bachelor’s degree required
Strong business communication skill in both Japanese and English
Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel and Power Point
Experience in client service, corporate action arena and income processing at financial institutions
Problem solving skills in the day-to-day operations
Client oriented
Team player
Ability to prioritize and multi-task work
