仕事内容
Manage the development process of an international 5-star luxury resort hotel in Okinawa as owner representative.
Project Officer will coordinate and manage relationships with general contractor, operator, development service provider, architect team, and design agencies to execute project to completion within the given budget cost and under the given time framework
Primary responsibilities
Owner representative to oversee and coordinate the development process of the hotel
Conduct periodical reporting on development status and relevant negotiations to Asset Management team
Analyze and review development related contracts, plan and other material as well as hotel operating financial statements

必要スキル
More than 10 years of hotel development and/or hotel owner representation experience
Ability to demonstrate leadership in a competitive performance-driven environment
Ability to identify, analyze and resolve existing and potentially arising issues
Willingness to make frequent business trips to Okinawa
Proficient in both written and verbal Japanese and English (native levels in both preferred)
In depth understanding of hotel operations and hotel development projects in Japan
Competent in excel, word, power point, and outlook
Minimum bachelor’s degree required
Ability to demonstrate leadership in a competitive performance-driven environment
