仕事内容
-Make presentations for branch sales reps of distributors and final investors for the purpose of promotion of existing funds;
-Support senior sales people in sales/marketing activities, especially for Tier 1 & Tier 2 brokers;
-Provide client service works for existing funds. Create report/presentation that explain market environment, fund performance, manager outlook, etc.;
-Make promotion plans for existing funds and conduct planned activities such as large size client seminar, workshop, advertisement, etc.;
-Support other team members in sales/marketing activities
-Support senior sales people in sales/marketing activities, especially for Tier 1 & Tier 2 brokers;

必要スキル
-2+ years’ experience in retail fund distribution business, especially conducted by large brokers (Either international firm / domestic firm should be ok);
-OK with not only buy-side, but also sell-side retail sales experience;
-Basic knowledge about various asset classes and PC skill (MS Excel, Word and Power Point) are necessary;
-Experience in other areas of asset management business, e.g., portfolio management, trading, research, product development and marketing, is a plus;
-English skill (business level) is “nice to have” (not a must);
-Communication skill, Presentation skill, Proactive behavior, and Team working spirit would be critical;
below profiles should also be ok
-Has institutional sales experience, but no retail sales experience at Asset Management firm;
-Has experience in IMO, Marketing, Product, Reporting, Fund Manager, at Asset Management firm, but no retail sales experience;
-Has “sell-side” sales experience but no “buy-side” sales experience
-OK with not only buy-side, but also sell-side retail sales experience;
