仕事内容

* Approve transactions/credit limits under the credit authority granted by A Credit Risk Committee (CRC)
* Request A CRC approval for transactions/credit limits that exceed the local credit authority
* Assign/update Obligor Risk Ratings (ORRs) on Japanese obligors
* Conduct regular review of individual obligors and industry trends for Japanese credits
* Monitor Japanese credit portfolios and develop solutions to address issues identified or to improve the risk profile of the overall credit portfolio
* Credit exposure includes investment and non-investment exposures (e.g. deposit, securities/derivatives trading counterparty)
* Ensure compliance with A Credit policy and procedures
* Maintain/update credit risk databases/systems (e.g. RiskPoint, DART)
* Provide regular/ad hoc reports to CRM NY

必要スキル

* Adequate analytical skills with 7-10 years experience in credit analysis/credit risk management, including corporate/financial and structured finance within a top tier bank or insurance company
* Manage, train, evaluate and develop staff to ensure the effective assessment and processing of profitable and creditworthy business;
* Understanding of investment and capital market products as well as insurance operations
* Adequate communication skills in Japanese and English languages
