仕事内容
Support and manage property finance teams portfolio that includes marketing, documentation process, legal matters, tax structure aspects and so on as a RM. Also manage and participate complex finance structure that the Bank will initiate.
必要スキル
-5 -10 years Commercial/ Investment Banking expereince as Relationship Manager/Property Finance Sales Manager within International Banks.
-Strong English communication skill that includes writing Credit Application, negotiatong with clients, lawyers, tax officers.
-Overseas business experience will be added good value to perform the job.
-Strong Sales and negotiation skill externaly and internaly.
-Documentation skill in Non-Recourse property finance.
