仕事内容
The Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operations Leader is responsible for developing and implementing C&B processes and managing HR systems and tools (including Oracle HR, internal HR systems) within the Japan business. The C&B and HR Operations Leader reports directly to the Japan HR Leader and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Asia-Pacific Reward & HR Operations Director. The C&B and HR Operations Leader leads a team of 2 direct reports.
Key responsibilities include:
・Providing guidance through partnership with business leaders on key compensation & benefits processes to serve business needs, and in line with the overall business C&B plan
・Conducting reviews of current compensation package levels and if applicable proposing changes based on job analysis, internal salary data and external market data
・Designing and implementing employee benefits programs and/or reviewing and maintaining existing benefit programs if in line with C&B plans and business objectives.
・Research and selection of market data providers
・Evaluating C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
・The design, review and implementation of Sales Incentive compensation plans.
・Management of annual compensation review process.
・Leadership of the HR Operations function and ownership of associated systems and tools.
・Leading integration of benefits program following M&A/integration deals if any
・Leading and contributing to Asia Pacific C&B projects and initiatives
・Education of broader HR community on compliant C&B practices
・Providing tools and advise to HR Client Managers for consistent C&B related processes
・Preparing and distributing written and verbal information to employees on C&B policies to raise awareness and spread knowledge

必要スキル
・Minimum 10 years years HR experience and 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits management
・Bachelors degree (preferably in Human Resources, Business/Accounting or Commerce)
・Project Management skills including strong process skills
・Change oriented
・Good interpersonal skills/communication skills
・Strong influencing and coaching skills
・Strong ability to work in changing environment, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive / diverse workforce.
・Team-oriented
・Demonstrated leadership skills
・Proficient in Excel and competent in the use of HR related systems and tools
・Excellent attention to detail
・High level of numeracy
