仕事内容
HR Admin will support Real Estate Asia Pacific HR team on day to day operational/clerical matters to ensure smooth operation of Human Resources as follows
-Scheduling and support of visitors to HR from foreign countries
-Supporting HR events, trainings and arrangements of recruiting interviews
-Making HR related expense payments through the system
-Providing administrative assistance to HR Director
-Purchase office supply, coordinate office machine maintenance in HR
-Update distribution lists
-Support HR members on administrative matters wherever necessary
As Communication Analyst:
-Coordinating and delivering the AP Newsletter to be sent to out on weekly basis to AP employees
-Support HR events such as Quarterly Asia Pacific All Employee Calls, International Employee Calls etc., by arranging the schedule, making announcements, coordinating with outside vendors, and preparing the presentation materials, etc.
-Uploading the contents to AP Intranet whenever the contents renewal is made
-Send out HR announcements
-Supporting other employee engagement related activities under the guidance of HR Director

必要スキル
-Experience in entry level Communication related job
-IT skills in Excel and PPT, compilation editing experience on homepage
-5 yrs+ experience as Administrative Assistant to Management
-Native Japanese and fluency in English
-Open and approachable
