外資系不動産ファンドでのレポーティング/プロジェクトマネージャー（アジア）の求人

・Standardize the current reporting and process by communicating all the stakeholders and create one package that will satisfy the needs of all stakeholders
・Monthly,Quarterly,Annual Reporting for Asia Senior Management and HQ in San Francisco
・Assist Director for ad hoc reporting as well as projects within the region
・Improve the Asia wide reporting process
・Lead Asia wide process improvements and Projects
・Prepare presentations for Asia Director where necessary
・Take over Japan reporting requirements from Japan Controller
・Assist China and Singapore Controllers for their reporting requirements
・Work with US Controller and other Controllers at Company to establish and maintain international reporting policies
・Provide information and support for the quarterly Analyst Package

・Propose improvements to FM&R policies,procedures,reports and system operations
・Co-Work with Singapore Assistant Controller who is a Divisional Process Owner for Global Projects

・B.S/B.A. in Accounting or Finance
・Japan or US CPA and/or Japan Tax license preferred
・MBA is a plus
・Minimum 5 to 10 years of Financial Analysis and Accounting/Tax filing experience
・Real Estate experience is a preferred
・A self starter with strong communication and organizational skills
・Has good understanding or international GAAP(IFRS)rules,Japanese GAAP and US GAAP rules

・Team player
・Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese
・Able to juggle several projects at once and know how to prioritize deadlines
・Ability to work well under pressure
・Some travel required
・Experience at US/Japan REIT, Audit Firm, and or Tax Firm is prefrred
・Good computer skills(Excel,Word,Access,and Power Point)
