仕事内容

- Design and develop application software, unit tests, and associated documentation
- Contribute to rapid, iterative delivery of critical business functionality
- Work with a demanding user base, being capable of communicating on the users’ terms
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in a flat team structure
- Liase with production support staff concerning changes to be deployed to the traders, and to provide second level support on systems in production
- Work in a variety of technical environments, developing own skill sets to match the changing technological environment within the bank

必要スキル

- At least 3 years of Windows/.NET ""rich client"" experience, and/or 4+ years in C#
- Experience with DevExpress .NET Winforms Components highly desirable
- Experience with Java highly desirable
- Experience working with Oracle, SQL Server or Sybase desirable
- Ability to readily assess and discuss complex design topics
- Awareness of emerging technologies and tools in Windows development
- Readily takes responsibility for all quality aspects of software developed
- Knowledge of fixed-income securities and derivatives, or trading systems desirable
- Bachelors Degree, preferably computer science related
