Operational Risk - Senior Risk Analystの求人

-Support local and regional Operations management in identifying, quantifying and managing risk within the function
-The regional team covers all products supported by IB Operations within Asia Pacific. Key stakeholders include Operations management, internal and external auditors, legal and compliance, regulators.
-Key responsibilities include performing regular independent risk assessments, coordinating risk initiatives, delivering risk education, advising Operations staff and management on control best practice and risk reduction
-The role will be reporting to the Regional Risk Ops manager

-Bachelor degree (Finance/ Business Major)
-At least 3 years experiences in financial industries
- Native level Japanese skills (spoken/written)is mandatory
- Spoken / written English skills
- Strong analytical abilities in order to process large amounts of data/information and summarise that data/information to highlight trends and issues of importance
- Ability to create and maintain a good network at all levels across all functions
- The candidate must possess the capability to work in a team-oriented manner

Very beneficial would be a good understanding of:
- The banking / securities industry regulations applicable to Operational Risk
- The banks organisational structure, culture and risk appetite
- The banks processes, systems and procedures
- The banking/securities regulatory environment in Japan, and in other Asia Pacific countries in which the bank operates
-CPA holder a plus
-Work experience in Japan as well as internationally a plus
