仕事内容
The positions available are Analyst in one of the sector teams and GCM.
Primary Responsibilities/Function:
1) Analysts are active participants in a variety of transactions ranging from advisory work in Mergers and Acquisitions to debt and equity offerings; both domestically and cross border
2) Analysts assist creating effective materials for senior bankers for their client meetings/presentations
3) Analysts are asked to assume an integral role in the execution of many of the firm’s transactions. Working closely with the senior bankers, they are encouraged to assume significant responsibilities, and are asked to contribute to and participate in presentations and meetings with clients
