不動産投資会社（グローバル企業）でのAssistant Controllerの求人

This company has recently entered new product line called investment management business, where plays as an asset manager for Real Estate fund invested by external investors. This company provides asset management services such as fund raising, acquisition, underwriting & disposition of Real Estate properties for investors. This role is meant to support this activity from finance side. Key responsibilities includes;
-Support deal originations through structuring support & technical accounting guidance
-Manage day to day accounting operation of fund through external accounting firm
-Produce financial reports for fund investors
-Perform key controllership activities for book such as quarterly close, account reconciliation, audit management & support tax return
-Provide mid-long term projection for planning sessions

-5 years+ experience in Real Estate fund finance & accounting (i.e. securitization accounting)
-High interest in Real Estate investment
-10 years+ of related experience with increasing responsibility
-Communication skill in both English & Japanese at business level or above
-Japan CPA and or Japanese licensed tax accountant, preferred
-Public accounting audit management experience, preferred
-Knowledge of Japan/US GAAP & reporting requirements
-Proven management of critical deliverables- Highly motivated, committed & results oriented
-Excellent interpersonal skill. Work effectively with front-end team & external clients
-Ability to anticipate, identify, and resolve complex financial issues
-Proficiency in Oracle or equivalent financial system preferable
