仕事内容
Duties
A. Overall
●Manage logistics development projects
●Manage JV partner, Architect/Engineer, general contractor, QS, and other special vendors
●Attend tele-conference with headquarter
●Prepares project reports requested by HQ by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information
B. During development (Construction management)
●Manage design process with JV partner and tenant
●Manage vendor selection process of general contractor
●Negotiate terms and conditions for general contractor
●Prepares review findings and recommendations for corrective actions or alternative solutions to engineering problems
●Initiate/participate periodical meeting with contractor, architect and tenant at site to control cost and time schedule and find/resolve any actual/potential issue to mitigate cost/schedule impact
●Prepare project progress report in English with careful attention to cost/schedule issues
●Performs other related or incidental duties as assigned

必要スキル
Qualifications and Education Requirements
●University/college graduate with degree in building construction related (arch/civil/elec/mech engineering or CM)
●Prefers with architect or engineer licenses
●5〜8 years of working experiences in building construction industry
●Business English Level - Speaking, Writing, Listening
●Knowledge of real estate industry (TK-GK structure, TMK structure) a plus
Preferred Skills
●Reporting skills, attention to details, deadline-oriented, reporting research results, confidentiality, time management, group-oriented, self-motivated, -driven
●Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, scheduler, CADD
