外資系金融機関でのTechnical Controllerの求人

The Technical Controller’s position is a key finance leadership role to ensure that the company complies with US GAAP and its internal policies. This role provides technical accounting support to businesses and business transaction teams under the regional Head Quarter.

●Provide Technical support to assigned business platforms and 　transaction teams in their transaction structuring, execution, management and reporting;

●Research and Resolve US GAAP technical accounting questions for transactions reported in those entities (new deal structures, Investment restructuring, valuations, etc.).

●Lead implementation projects related to new accounting standards

●Provide technical trainings to controllership/finance teams, commercial transaction teams and risk teams across the region;

●Driving standardization and process improvement in transaction support and documentation

●Solid knowledge of US GAAP
●7+years of total Finance experience, and of which 5+ years in 　Big 4 public accounting firm
●Fluency in English
●Good communication and leadership skills

●Experience with lease accounting, Derivative Accounting, FAS 166&167, M&A, and Experience in Financial Services is desirable
●Japanese or Chinese language knowledge is desirable but not required
