仕事内容

【Job Purpose】
The Facilities Manager in sub-region reports to the Regional Account Manager and the Client’s Representative
in the sub-region. He/She is responsible for the co-ordination and management of all facilities management
and operations of the Client’s sites in the sub-region.
【Essential Duties】
●Acts as single point of contact in the sub-regional account team and develops positive relationships
with the client for all facilities management issues in the responsible sub-region.
●Responds to problems and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature; enforces policy, rules
and regulations.
●Plans and manages on site FM operation teams among different locations in term of staffing, training,
and evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel for whole account in his responsible sub-region.
●Works with the Client’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to the Client’s branch networks and occupants of large buildings, as well as small remote branches in his responsible subregion.
●Researches new programs or processes with our Regional Experts team to improve quality/costs/performance for the Client.
●Manage contractual relationships with the Client based on size and scope of services.
●Reviews and monitors sub-regional performance in line of KPI or SLA.
●Support Regional Account Team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance to the change of the Client’s business needs.
●Develops an annual sub-regional consolidated facility budget with input from local Facilities Managers including direct and indirect contract service expenses, preventative maintenance costs, energy
management expenses and project/capital items, etc.
●Identify quality improvements in process or procedures.
●Perform multiple feasibility analysis, and complex cost benefit analysis.
●Position may require frequent traveling across locations in the sub-region.

必要スキル

【Requirements】
●10+ year relevant experience in the commercial facility field with significant supervisory responsibility.
●Experience in managing a server room/machine room.
●Motivated and energetic self starter.
●Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
●Business level of conversational and written English ability.
