仕事内容

- Under the team’s senior members, prepare RFPs, RFI, Questionnaires, Surveys, Database for all sales channels (both institutional and intermediary business area) and consultants channels
- Create and maintain a centralized database for firm-wide language and marketing information on our investment products, operational capabilities, risk management procedures, compliance policies, performance, personnel and assets

必要スキル

- Must have experience working within the financial industry (Asset management, Broker/Dealer, Banks, Insurance, etc)
- Must have reasonable PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work with tight deadlines
- Work closely with other team members and other departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English and preference for English translation skills (E to J)
- Preference for experience of the above “Job Description”. If not, experience in client reporting, sales, or marketing at a financial firm is acceptable
- Preference for experience using information tools e.g. Bloomberg, Factset or the like
